Ericka's birthday was a week ago...I can not even believe my baby is two years old! We didn't have a party this year. My good friend Holly surprised us and brought pizza over. I made a cake and we just hung out. We did sing "Happy Birthday" to Ericka. She liked having the company of Holly's daughter Summer. And she especially liked the cake. She did a lot better this time than she did when she turned one.

Summer and Ericka are pretty good friends, though I must say they tend to either get along really well, or they totally fight while they are together.

She didn't seem to want to blow the candles out. We had to give her a little "help". She got pretty close to the fire, and that's when we had to just put the fire out.

The cake was not so good looking, but it sure tasted good.

The Saturday after her birthday we went sledding. We had a great time with some great friends! Ericka had a fun time, despite the fact that we didn't get out there until the sun was behind the mountains. Next time we will get out earlier in the day so we can stay longer. And if anyone knows of any good places to go sledding let me know...and if you feel like it, you can come along!
