The AWESOME Birthday Cake!!

Rachel made the most amazing birthday cake for Claire. It seems like whenever one of my girls is getting ready to have a birthday I get to thinking about what kind of cake to make. Well, through the process, I always approach Rachel to see what she thinks. Before Claire's birthday, of coarse, I asked Rachel what she thought about a rainbow cake. After a couple of days, Rachel had come up with a brilliant idea. I kept thinking that I would help in whatever way possible, but when all was said and done, guess what? Rachel ended up making the cake all by herself. And I am actually quite grateful for this because she seriously is a phenomenal cake maker/decorator! Here is the proof...just in case you didn't believe the crazy story!
